I am extremely disappointed with this facility. Absolutely no effort was made for my autistic son. The atmosphere is grim, cold, and completely unfriendly for autistic children. The lobby feels depressing, with nothing comforting or sensory‑aware. The therapist was not helpful, did not seem trained, and clearly could not handle a child with autism or the needs that come with it. This place is not autism‑friendly in any way. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience here with Dr. Joe Roszkowski. After years of trying different counselors and therapies without feeling like my son was really benefiting from them, this has been an entirely different experience. From our very first appointment, my son was made to feel comfortable and welcome. As his mom, I have also really appreciated being included when appropriate and being given practical guidance on how I can better support him.
