Terribly agency. Terrible isn’t even a good enough work. HEINOUS. From looking at its beautiful building, you may think this place is somewhere safe for your loved one, it is not. It has been a year and I still feel so much anger towards this center, specifically their respite program, for the way they treated my grandmother behind closed doors. I cannot even delve into it. I could go on forever. Do not choose this agency. Do so much research on the places you do choose. But heed my warning, do not choose this agency.
I was admitted earlier this week for ALS complications. I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly knowledgable and accommodating. Our amazing staff included Dana, Amy, Emily, and Annie. On top of great staff the facility itself is peaceful and beautiful.
The care that was given to my brother-in-law in his final days was second to none. Friendly and compassionate staff.
It seems to me that a 5/5 rating of the In-patient center facility and the people who work there is a terrible understatement. They went far above our expectations to provide love and care for my Mom in her final days. The staff treated us an an important part of Mom's care, kept us informed, and were there every step of the way. They worked hard to maintain her dignity and comfort during her final few days. I can't overstate how impressed we are with this facility and staff.
