Horrendous experience with the staff. Meetings cancelled at random times with no warnings, and overall feels so unprofessional. Once had an appointment with Dr. R while she was in the car so the signal was terrible and not a word could be communicated properly. Don't recommend this awful place to anybody.
I hate the entire staff to be quite honest.
Run down building, PII laying around, Doctors ignore previous medical history... Just go to a Primary Care Provider
Its something terribly wrong with Kristy Conover, Operations Manager at pathways. She might be a patient here herself which would explain .... do not come here.
Kristy and the other lady that answers the phone are both incompetent and lazy. Kristy allowed my personal information to sit in her inbox for 2 months until I persistently followed up, Kristy (operations manager for what ever reason) decided to go back and forth about whether or not the information had been received, despite an email confirming she did in fact receive it and delayed inputting my information in order to schedule an appointment.
