Went here today after being rescheduled twice. A month later, we had a 9am appointment today. I was there at 8:45 (for my son). At 9 am the front desk told me that the the therapist that is doing my son's intake is not feeling well and someone will be with me at 10. At this point I'm completely pissed off because I'm not feeling well either ! This is a shout out for Cynthia who takes calls and does the clerical part. She's efficient, empathetic, and has gone above and beyond helping me with a family member. It is so appreciated you have no idea! It starts from the front desk on the way back. Working in an office myself the front desk can be overlooked but they are very very much part of the team. And I can't thank her enough and as far as the providers especially Cassandra the therapist!! the rest of the staff has been great! Thank you all 🙏

I was seen by dr reichard here before. She came in sick and was frustrated that I questioned why I was waiting for an hour past my appointment time to be seen. She then proceeded to deny my entire mental health history, insinuated that I was a fraud, and told me to leave and come back with proof of my condition and symptoms. This clinic and her practice is a joke.
