I finished my 8 week program and asked at my last visit what the next step was and they lady that taught the class said I will get a call to pay for my class if my insurance didn’t cover it. A few weeks go by and I get a letter saying I didn’t pay the fee on time and I have to do 4 More weeks. I never got a phone call or anything in email or regular mail. Great people. Help so much
Should be zero stars. They never give the services they promise, constant delay after delay, roadblock after roadblock. They can't even tell you what's going on and leave it to you to figure out when they screwed up. Just go to Ashland's, this place should burn. Basically an insurance scam that discriminates against me.
