I tried to do telehealth because I felt sick. I tried to get on the app. At my given time and then called them when it wouldn’t work. I got to my therapist on the phone and it was still my time and she wouldn’t even speak with me. I’m very saddened and disappointed by this. I feel like she should have spoken with me atleast for the rest of my time. I find that inconsiderate!🙁
