Would never recommend this place.
Have more ATM's in locations you are no longer in. It is very hard to get to the bank when you don't work local. When you closed the Plain city location it hurt.
Sorry to say they are not answering their phone either! A charge for my $100 tithe was DECLINED even though the balance was over $1100. I have been on hold for OVER 30 MINUTES AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE!!!
I absolute LOATH this new "personal teller" system. What a waste of money. I do not appreciate not being able to see my money being physically counted for verification.
