The entire team is very kind and welcoming. They treated my husband and me wonderfully, and they even gave us a lovely present at our first appointment. Elizabeth is especially kind and understanding, but honestly, everyone is wonderful, from the reception staff to the specialists. I’m very happy I chose this dental clinic. I had a bad experience at another dental office before, but here they make the procedures as comfortable and pain-free as possible, while always being very professional.❤️
Awesome dental experience and consult from Dr. Kim and Kathleen (dental assistant). Thorough and all up to date equipment. I was expecting the worst since I have not visited dentists too often but was relieved their was nothing major (no cavities! wow!). Need to come back for another appointment(s) for cleaning and "capping" but those are minor in the grander scheme of things. Thank you Pathways Dental Team! I'll be back! As a new patient Firstimer, I suppose to have teeth cleaning first, when I came on time for it, the Dental Hygienist was not-in accdg. to the female Dental receptionist or Dental admin assistant, so it was rescheduled and had my first new-patient Full teeth examination. The place is clean, well-organized, well-spaced and ventilated, well-equip for surgery and radiology with 3D’s, Dental computer system on update. I had such a positive experience at Pathways Dental! The entire team was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. They were gentle, professional, and took the time to explain everything i needed during my process. The clinic was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I had a filling done by Dr. Kim, and I honestly didn’t even feel the numbing injection—it was completely painless! Dr. Kim was incredibly kind, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary treatment.
