Professional, caring and interactive staff with a big listening ear. The doctor did not impose his care plan on me but rather listened to my reservation and anxiety , answering my questions without causing fear. Abby did a very good teeth cleaning job, asking me how I feel every step of the process. This made me feel really comfortable, wow! She is very gentle and skilled! Definitely a good and welcoming place to be.
I had a wonderful experience at Pathways Dental Clinic in Calgary. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I had a great experience at Pathway Dental. Dr. Bouma was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. A special thanks to Eli, the hygienist, who was extremely gentle, thorough, and friendly during the cleaning. The appointment was smooth and stress-free. Also, Aman at the reception was very helpful, polite, and welcoming. Scheduling and check-in were quick and easy.
I have always had bad anxiety towards dental so thought id try this place due to how there reviews looked. We'll super happy with there service and the docs work on my teeth. Had a tooth removed which took less time than expected, fast and didn't feel a thing. Also had a full cleaning. This place is the best I have ever been too. They genuinely care for their patients. The receptionists are good to as they greet everyone with a smile and get u checked in fast as well.
I had an exam and consultation with Dr. Kim, and it was an amazing experience. I have dental anxiety, but he made me feel completely at ease. He even understood that I was interested in Invisalign without me saying a word and explained everything clearly. The modern clinic, detailed 3D scan, and the friendly front desk and assistants made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!
