They listen to concerns, and make accommodations, even when it may not make sense to them, and personalize their services to the patients needs. I have never had such an amazing experience at a dentist. The hygienist Ellie was amazing I normally have pain when I get my teeth cleaned but she made it very comfortable. Also the dental assistants where very good they made it for you had no anxiety or nervousness at all made it very easy and comfortable. I recently visited this dental clinic and had a wonderful experience. They explained everything in detail, which made me feel comfortable and informed. Abbie, my hygienist, did an excellent job with my cleaning, and Dr. Bouma was clear and patient throughout. The dental receptionist and the RDA who did my X-ray were incredibly kind and welcoming as well. Highly recommend! 👍
Dr. Kim and his team are amazing. I require IV sedation for all dentist visits, including exams and cleanings. The team always makes me comfortable and calm. They also never make feel silly for needing the sedation and that wasn’t always my previous experience. Highly recommend Dr. Kim and Pathways!
I had a great experience here! They are really taking care of my dental issue. All the Staffs are very kind and helpful. Clinic is very clean. Love their complimentary coffee as well. Overall, Pathway dental clinic is highly recommended!
