I haven’t had a better experience going to the dentist. The people are amazing. Dr. Kim was incredible he explained this in a way I totally got what he was saying. My hygienist too was fantastic. I am always anxious about getting work done but she was so calming and I was able to get thru all of the cleaning without any problems.Thanks for the commitment to helping people who need the help. 5 Stars for my visits at Pathways dental clinic , everything went great with the staff , they are all very nice. I had a cleaning polishing …with an amazing hygienist Abbie , she is wonderful she cares so much about me, I am very grateful to her. Thank you so much everyone! I have more work to do and we will see how things will go!
I went to PATHWAYS Dental Clinic for my 1st visit. I was greeted at the front desk, everyone was friendly. Ellie was my hygienist and she provided an excellent cleaning. She was very detailed in the information she told me about how to care for my teeth. She also gave me "some gifts" which was a surprise & very much appreciated. I saw Dr Adam Lei who welcomed me. Very thorough new patient exam that eased so much dental anxiety I’ve carried for years. Dr. Bouma and the team were detailed with the examinations, scans & x-rays. Really appreciated how they walked me through short term and long term solutions, taking into account my dental history, anxiety, and financial situation. The team was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable and confident in taking charge of my dental health. So happy I found a dental clinic that works for me!
I finally got benefits through my job and decided it was time for a checkup and cleaning. I booked in with pathways. Filled out my paperwork thorough their online portal which was a breeze. When I showed up to the clinic I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the friendlyness of staff. The waiting room was comfy but I wasn’t there for long.
