Edit: 4 years later and still never got those records lol Have asked since August for my child's medical records and have yet to get them. Have called and spoke with Rosa several times and nothing has been resolved. She is very rude and condescending. Claims to have contacted whoever it is that deals with medical records for them to contact me directly and it has yet to happen. That was 2 months ago. Also, dropped my child's care when they couldn't even consistently keep up with her therapy appointments or doctors visits.
