Diagnosed me wrong and I took the wrong medication for two years.
Most of the mobile crisis people are amazing. They have helped me tremendously when I've been at my worst. Updating my review. I still give the mobile crisis unit 5 stars. However, when I had a few crisis over the weekend. I called compass that I was only allowed one visit per night. Mine was virtual. I asked if mobile would come out later when i got worse later. Horrendous services. I've been trying to simply get them to submit a compliance form to the DMV since Sept 2025. Just for them to run me all the way up their chain of command. For one of their top chain links to run that compliance form (that they recieved directly from a governmental website themselves) by their legal team to verify it's authenticity.
