Horrendous services. I've been trying to simply get them to submit a compliance form to the DMV since Sept 2025. Just for them to run me all the way up their chain of command. For one of their top chain links to run that compliance form (that they recieved directly from a governmental website themselves) by their legal team to verify it's authenticity. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Took a family member there last night and received exceptional care!
After having much time to rethink things I am updating my review. Let me start off by saying this is not an excuse for poor work ethic or the quality of care we expect to get as a paid service. However, the work environment has certainly changed over the past several years. Things I would of lost my job for 10 to 15 years ago gives me so much anxiety to see being let go in the workforce today. Being on cellphones, talking back, drinks on the job, etc. all that would of got me written up and even fired in severe circumstances... read more
