I had the unfortunate experience of staying at Pathways Adult Living in Fort Worth, TX and I cannot stress enough how unsafe and poorly managed this place is. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that resident safety and well-being are not priorities here. This facility claims to provide assisted living with care, but my time there was filled with horror and negligence that put my health and life at risk.
