After reading all the great reviews for this counseling service, I decided I was going to call and set up an appointment for my son. However after calling 5 times with no answer and a mailbox that's full I was unable to set an appointment for him. It sounds like someone's personal phone I am calling and not a receptionist for a counseling facility. If you are going to link a phone number with this facility I would suggest not have a mailbox full so new patients can not leave a message to get a call back.
