First of all their front door and the Internet says that they open at 8am on Saturdays. Not once but twice I got there at around 8:30 am and the place was locked up and it was cold for real outside. And my ride service just drops me off. So, there I stand freezing. Thinking if I call for my return ride to get out of this cold I will miss today and Sundays dose unless I pay for a Lyft to get me there and back again. None of you were professional you still Lie as if I was being aggressive when I was not . I have video proof of me keeping calm while all 3 of your staff screamed in my face with the police dispatch hearing in on the entire conversation I was verbally attacked as soon as I came through the doors only asking where my kids were worried concerned I went to pick up my kids book bags off the floor and your staff member physically tried to snatch my kids belonging out of my hand I WAS TREATED HORRIBLY AND THAT IS THE TRUTH.
