This is your official 'stay here beware' warning for Pathway suites. Poor management that will not take accountability for there errors. 100% this place is a bait and switch-- not sure if anyone gets a suite that is not a catfish of the photos they falsely advertise online. This room was so filthy and disgusting, I truly suspect that someone(s) (probably the 'staff') lives here full time and that they just vacate the suite last minute if Imran (manager) needs the room for a reservations. pathway suites…This the dumbest place I ever traveled. Nothing is what it seems. You buy something, then you have up front charges months later. You get a hotel, it’s really an apartment that’s not selling so they partial lease it to travelers. You go to an address, well it’s that address, but you’re staying at the building down the street. The parking garage looks like the inside of an ant hill. It’s so many congested ways in there to get lost. This the stupiest parking garage I’ve ever seen. Condo building is nice. Facilities are good. I got room 2705 and it was below average. Borderline unacceptable. Flooring looks relatively new but was done very poorly. Walls are full of holes where decorations used to be. The place needs work, a paint job and a deep cleaning. The toilet had a constant, nonstop noise. There was no coffee machine. Stay away from this company the property is not what they show on the booking pages, apartment very old , bathrooms full of mold and bath tub cracked in the bottom, dirty rooms , dirty bed and very very hard mattress
