Clay at Pathway Realty is fantastic! I had to sell my parents’ home in Virginia while living in Denver, and he made the whole thing easy and stress-free. He handled every detail with care, kept me in the loop, and guided the process like a total pro. We closed quickly, and I didn’t even have to fly out once. Highly recommend Clay if you want someone trustworthy, responsive, and great to work with. He felt like an extension of our family!
Clay comes highly recommended. Clay really knows how best to sell your house, i had my house on the market for less than 3 days and it was all over, i had offers more than listing price. There was some great pictures from a drone that was used giving a great idea of what was for sale. Anything i had questions about and Clay was responding within a minute even weekends. I never had anything good to say about realtors but Clay really has changed that.
Clay is a skilled and compassionate realtor. I had a hard time finding a rental on my own in Fredericksburg using online sites. Time after time, appointments to tour listings were cancelled as apartments were rented out from under me. It is a brutally competitive market.
