Working with Clay to sell our house in Fredericksburg was a fantastic experience. He was extremely professional and competent every step of the way. He played a major role in helping us with our remodel, from selecting a contractor, to determining what work really needed to completed. Was always concerned about saving us money and maximizing our sell price. Not only that, he was always available to discuss any of our concerns. Clay was helpful, knowledgeable, and practical throughout our home buying process. It was my first home purchase, so I had a lot of questions. Clay was patient and unflappable. He was great at finding homes that were in our budget and met our needs, and was helpful as a gut check along the way about which “needs” were actually important to us and which just seemed important. I’m hoping we don’t move again soon but if we do, we’ll definitely call Clay again.
