Clay was excellent, from the initial preparations of getting our house ready, to ultimately selling our house. Clay was with us every step of the way and made the process extremely tangible and understandable. Selling a home can be so stressful, but Clay helped us through it with superb aplomb. I only wish that we were still in the Fredericksburg area to buy and sell any future homes that we might seek to purchase.
Clay was fantastic in helping my wife and I buy our first home! His responsiveness and attention to detail through the whole process made everything smooth and easy! He was recommended to us by a coworker and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
Clay Murray without a doubt is the best realtor in the Fredericksburg area. When we were ready he listed our home, had offers the next day and ended up with an offer considerably above the asking price. We highly recommend Clay Murray to anyone looking for a knowledgeable experienced realtor whether you’re selling or buying a home.
Clay and his team made our house buying experience so smooth and stress free. We couldn't ask for a better realtor team! Clay's passion for the work is unmatched, and something that we really valued was how he never pressured us to buy. He was always a voice of reason and a source of calming energy. If we ever have to buy a new house or sell our current new home, you can guarantee we will be reaching out to Clay and his team again!!
Clay patiently worked with me for years until the right house at the right time came along. Throughout the entire process, Clay and Meghan were there to ensure we were taken care of, informed, and could make the best decision for our future. The Pathway team truly went above and beyond for us. If you need a Realtor, Pathway is the way to go!
