STAY AWAY. Do not use this company. The manager TOM JAMES is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. They are rude, inattentive, and will screw you on your deposit. We were told we would be charged $150 to clean the place as TOM did a walk through of our apartment the day we left. They sent a check that was $700 short. When I called and asked, he said they had to pay $700 to get the place cleaned. Keep in mind he did the walk through and told me that if it were more than $150, he would call me.
