Monday evening June 5, 2017 I received the phone call every parent fears. My son had died in an accident. I had no idea of what the next week was going to require of us. The staff at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home helped us with everything from the type of service to have, to the song selections. They were kind, compassionate and so helpful. We wouldn't have been able to survive this tragic experience without them. Thank you for everything.
Just wanting to say "thank you" to Pathways for taking amazing care of my best friend. Every single staff member was professional and caring. Pathways is the best at making a terrible time in people's lives so much easier. Thank you for taking good care of my best friend while we laid her to rest. I appreciate every single one of you and cannot say enough wonderful things about you all!
First of all... the staff were very rude and hateful. Didnt begin preparing our family member untill 30 min befor her viewing leaving the family standing outside in the pouring rain and would not allow them inside the building. They allowed 1 hr of viewing for a very large family and 10 min befor the hour was up the staff were interrupting a grieving family and told them they had to leave. Dear Ms. Hedgepath, I like to believe that our staff is always respectful and professional. While I certainly can’t change your feelings, I would like to make some clarification to your comments. We did not begin preparing your loved one until 30 minutes prior to her viewing. We spent hours preparing her and were still doing so when family members arrived 30 minutes early. You treated us like family and made sure that her service was done perfectly. Your organization before and during the event was outstanding as well.
