I think it’s disgusting how some of the payees there own rental properties and rent them out to the people they are the payee for…..Isn’t this considered a “conflict of interest”? Why would they want the people they are supposedly helping to become better and self-sufficient?? Then they would lose out on the steady income and checks they write to themselves for their renters! This place should be investigated.
