While having a polite, but firm, conversation this evening with Mr. Thomas, in which I explained I hadn't had several calls returned, Mr. Thomas told me (and I quote exactly): "I don't want your business. You're very assertive," he said. "You're the epitome of a customer we don't want." He further told me I was unreasonable for wanting calls returned. I'm shocked, since before this moment he seemed like a really nice guy. I never yelled or even raised my voice. I don't really know what to say. I have since called Travelers c... read more
