The treatment I received from Jasmine a counselor at pathways during my time in the program. I am deeply concerned about the unprofessional behavior, discriminatory actions, and lack of empathy I encountered, which significantly worsened my experience and made my time in treatment unnecessarily difficult. My Girl went there and T a consoler never sent information to an Agent as we made 2 contact calls I was witness to them calls and Teasa said she sent the email and fax and now in court over the matter that it was never sent . In court for violation and no calls or response back from them in Pathways. On next step to file with my Inc's that payed the bill and to BBB on this matter with them.
I showed up at pathways needing help, I didn't come in sober, My health was in Dyer state.They took me in ,and together gave me a sense of purpose and helped me gain sobriety and showed me the tools i needed. I went back home took care of business, I'm here for my children, found a great job, also working on myself and my downfalls,and still have my sobriety six months later, I would recommend the course
Pathway House is the worst excuse for treatment facility there staff are thieves.they are lazy and can't even help the clients.My son attended that place a ended up worse.and the stole his belongings
