Heather made everything so easy.. !!! She made it clear of everything I needed and was available if I had any questions. Iesha started the process and made the application process seamless.. her positive vibes went a long way… thank you!!
The homes are way too easy to move into in the beginning of the process. Empty promises are made such as fences being installed prior to your move in date, and then once you call about it NOBODY knows what you are talking about. We paid almost 2 months in advance prior to moving in, we are now 4 months since then (2 months of actually living here) and there is still not a fence installed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Pathway Homes as well as Invitation Homes since they supposedly work side by side on screwing over ... read more
Pathway Homes took all the stress out of pre-leasing! Every question answered, awesome support every step of the way. Couldn't have had a better experience unless someone packed my boxes 🤪 Great company with great employees who truly care about what they are doing. Iesha and Heather are the bomb team! You are not "just another resident" and they take amazing care of you from start to finish. 😊

We were skeptical at first renting through pathway homes since we have never heard of them but they are legit and work their hardest to get you into a home.
