We moved into a Pathway Homes property on April 3rd, and the experience has been unacceptable from the start. At move-in, we did not have access to the SmartRent app, which is essential for managing and accessing the home. This created immediate issues and should have been resolved before I ever received the keys. Even more concerning, the HVAC system has not worked since day one. I don’t know how I truly feel about it honestly. I just moved in so plan on updating this at the end of the lease. In the beginning people are very nice but gives we need bodies in these houses. I’ve been in my home now couple days and still have not received the email to access anything. I’ve reached out to invitation homes and the “leasing” person with promises someone will either reach out or I will get the email. Still nothing. Great company to work with! They really try to get you into the home of your dreams! They have several options to choose from and even the option to purchase the home. We are grateful!
