We are in the process of building our forever home, our experience has been phenomenal. The communication from the designer team to the owner Gary has by far exceeded our expectations. If you are looking to build a unique home with amazing finishes and personal touch than Pathway is the builder for you!
We have just moved into our new Pathway home and we couldn’t be happier. We have been in our home for about a year and we love it so much! We had a great experience with Gary and his entire team, every step of the way. Shortly after we moved in (with our newborn) they started finishing our basement - not only did the work get done quickly but everyone was very respectful and communicative. Overall an awesome experience and would definitely recommend!
Pathway Homes said yes when everyone else said later/years on the waitlist! How lucky I was to have such a great company to build for me! The company was professional and performed high quality work. The teams/crews that worked on various parts were superior! This was all done during COVID and with short supplies causing some delays. I love my place! Thank you so much!
Just moved in and we are enjoying our new home! Communication with everyone at Pathway Homes was timely and informative. We added a couple projects to the list before move in, and we really appreciated their efficiency in tackling these requests!
