I love pathway if you need help on getting clean from drugs go to this place I love it the Doctors are great I see Dr.Cole she is great.
My mother is a patient. I needed FMLA paperwork filled out so I can travel from Ohio to help my sister take care of my mother. I personally went in to the office in Springfield and requested the FMLA forms be filled out. My sister also went in and provided them a HIPAA form to release the info.
