After being treated almost a year never being late for an appointment nor failing an urinalysis test when me and my family have to leave country on an emergency basis with only a weeks notice they provided no help in easing the symptoms that the cessation of the medication they prescribed is causing . I would not recommend to anyone
I finally got my medication sent almost 24hrs later!!! I’ve had the wrong quantity sent in, the wrong doses sent in, but this tops em all. My appt was at 2:30pm yesterday and no medication was sent until 12:30pm today. The staff was aware before they closed that nothing had been sent, but they still left as if it wasn’t important. This could’ve turned out bad if I was a weak person…
Dr Kromer is a straight shooter !!! Down to earth !! Everyone has treated me like part of a family. Sorry, but no complaints......
I started this program seeing Dr Sherare and now I see Dr Cole. People can say what they want about this place but this place deserves more than 5 stars if you ask me. Dr cole literally saved my life 5 years ago with the help of her amazing nurse Shannon! Them two together literally helped me in the most darkest times of my life and I cant thank them enough for all the help they have giving me. This place has went down hill. I was a patient for 2 years, came from rivergate for Duffy. But these last few months all the nurses had left, these new ones have an attitude, they never answer the phone, the old nurses always answer the phones. Then my last visit I tried calling cause I was gonna be a few min late cause my disabled child started throwing up and choking on it, they wouldn't answer but I was only 5 minutes after my appointment, the nurse was busy with another lady so I couldn't get up there to check in, if I c... read more
