My experience with Pathway Healthcare has been incredibly frustrating and honestly concerning. Before every single appointment, patients are expected to complete an extensive questionnaire that takes around 30 minutes and includes roughly 150 deeply personal questions — many centered on self-harm and how you would want to end your life. Great place for anyone truly needing and wanting help
The front desk staff lady at the Huntsville location was aloof, unwelcoming, and lacked basic competency in greeting and customer service. The interactions were dismissive and unprofessional.
I was a patient at the Huntsville location seeing a doctor from the Birmingham office because that’s all they could give me. They constantly rescheduled my appointments or gave me different providers (who are not doctors) without permission, wouldn’t even schedule my appointments that they said they would without me begging, they never send prescriptions without hassle or talking to 20 different people first, whoever I was transferred to at their Birmingham office who was trying delay my appointment that had already been can... read more
