I just found a collection on my credit report from them from last week -- I dont owe them any money! I dont even live in California anymore! They did crappy work, it is a crappy office I regret having ever gone there. It will probably take me months to resolve this. Stay away from this place!!
I was given Ericson Dental as a choice by my insurance company. My first appointment took a long time through emails. When you call the office they tell you to email them and they will get back to you in 72 hours. A human does not answer the phone. At my first meeting I found both the front office and his assistants friendly. The back and the dentist himself was nice and convincing as to what they would do for me. This is the Lompoc office, not the Santa Barbara office ...the dentist Dr. Vitez does not care about patients, I got partials that are not wearable, they are sloppy, plastic is hard and edges are frayed, plastic particles insert into my gums and are painful, dentist never went over what type of partials, materials of partials they never educated me on what type of partials would be best for me, nothing at all, they took impressions and that was it, now I'm trying to get an appointment and they are saying they can't see me un... read more
