I have had the worst experience with Pathway Dental. First, good luck trying to reach them. It's all via email. Second, they had no hygienist for months so I couldn't get a cleaning done. Since March, I had reached out numerous times via email asking if a dentist can do the cleaning because of the severity of my teeth, but nothing, even though the dentist herself said I have plaque building, but however, they will put me on top of the list to schedule me an appointment. I would not recommend this dentistry. I visited today for the first time and experienced mistakes (asking for a copay when my insurance covers cleaning 100%), delays (I was waiting for 20’) and then finally total lack of communication when the dentist informed me this is a pre-appointment and I would have to book another appointment for cleaning.
