Great experience with Spravato treatment for TRD here. Beautiful environment to contain ketamine sessions both the external environment and providers' support. The psych (Dr. Yaqubi) can even help you set intentions and plan integration work and help you shape your sessions to get the most benefit from them. They listened to what I needed and acted on that information (imo the definition of "trauma-consiousness" but also just nice for anybody).
I've been treating with Dr. Yaqubi since 2022. It's not an exaggeration to state that I'm in a better place mentally than at any other time in my life. I began seeing him as my challenges became overwhelming and adversely affecting my life. With his expertise and compassion, he's helped me feel comfortable in my own skin, feel better about myself, boosted my confidence, and improved my self-worth. Dr. Yaqubi has been really helpful and constructive for me. I find him to be a great listener.
