Especially at Skyview Park Apartments unless you like living with tenants from Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative via Rochester Regional who steal your pkgs (even your diapers/attends) to resell, drunk and high around the clock, begging for food and money not only from you but your visitors, on parole ( there's 1 here whose on parole for life for murder) , fighting and loud music all the time.
