Very poor customer service. Have been on hold for up to 45 minutes waiting for some one to answer the phone. When I leave a message no one returns the call. My medical well-being is dependent on being able to reach them.
I have called them for DAYS!! I waited over one hour to be hung up on... I did this since Aug 2023 and here we are October 2023 and still I don't have my medication. I have a autoimmune issue and my med is NEEDED! I have missed 3 doses because of them. When I did get someone on the line they keep saying it's being mailed to your home!
