I was there 3 years ago in really bad shape. I had been on the streets, coming off of multiple drugs, physically a wreck and coming out of a meth induced psychosis. I was not the easiest patient to deal with but I will never forget the care this staff gave me. They were kind, empathetic and Dr West got me stable on meds for the first time in my life. I just got 2 years clean and everything started with Pardee and the PaThs program.
****DO NOT be fooled! **** It has to be on purpose because otherwise it doesn't make sense. This program is for Alcohol Detox or Benzo (Xanax) detox. They DO NOT specialize Fentanyl detox, or any other kind of drug detox. Do not be miss-lead because no where online or was it mentioned on the phone when i called and stated i was a fentanyl addict who needed help detoxing.. Finally after hours of sitting waiting thinking i was finally getting help.. i thought to ask what medications they can help me with to get though detox...... read more

I stayed here in detox in June and a social worker gave my name birthdate, and what I was being seen for to a lady outside of the hospital that I was not involved with, and that was a HUGE HIPPA violation of my rights and the nurse said someone would be contacting me regarding the matter but here it is in October and no one has ever contacted me, and when I brought it to their attention they discharged me immediately instead of helping me!!! Would be nice to talk to someone regarding the HIPPA violation for sure!!!!!!!!
It's never easy to ask for help but when you find the courage to do so, PATHS is the place to be. Every staff member I encountered there was kind and compassionate. Top notch care in a clean, safe, well managed environment.
