If you don't get a bill in the mail, you have to call to find out why and make sure they didn't make a mistake entering the address. They will NOT call you from the office. You may get scammy-sounding phone calls that do not connect you to a real person but in today's world who is going to give payment information to an automated service that sounds just like a scam. Zero stars! Joke business and billing, you pay them on time and get turned into collections, prove you paid then they don't cash the check and turn you into collections again. These people should not be operating a business of any kind. Typical Cox and affiliate scam with little to no oversight.

Cox Unhealthy and my insurance provider said there would be no out-of-pocket expense for my colonoscopy (a.k.a. invasive butt scope). But, lo and behold, I start getting texts from this lowlife outfit. Hey, if I owe it, so be it. But I have received no explanation of the charge here. I get that a pathologist had to examine my benign polyp. But they won't respond to my message of whether or not they billed my insurance provider.
The billing for this place is absurd. Looks like a scam. When you call their phone number, it puts you into a phone tree that no one ever answers. You then eventually get a call back from a number out of New Hampshire who wants all your personal information. Definitely feels like a scam. Do not recommend.
