I called the billing place (not the hospital) to ask what was going on. They threatened to kill me if I called again.
Same issues as everyone else why would the hospital keep using this place.
Won't answer questions about bill. Won't communicate with insurance or doctors office for me.
If you don't get a bill in the mail, you have to call to find out why and make sure they didn't make a mistake entering the address. They will NOT call you from the office. You may get scammy-sounding phone calls that do not connect you to a real person but in today's world who is going to give payment information to an automated service that sounds just like a scam. Zero stars! Joke business and billing, you pay them on time and get turned into collections, prove you paid then they don't cash the check and turn you into collections again. These people should not be operating a business of any kind. Typical Cox and affiliate scam with little to no oversight.
