Coded something incorrectly - the claim should not have been denied - and then also sent incorrect statements twice. After 5 hours of phone calls over the course of 2 days between Pathology Med SVCS of Siouxland (finally had to request to speak with a supervisor who actually said to me, "Nothing's perfect" which was totally disrespectful of all of the time I spent trying to resolve.
