They use IC referrals. We had an authorization number and IC failed them not us. They sent my husband to collections over $36 for a bill we aren’t responsible for and had no control over. The bill has been paid by us to not have a ding on our credit. Beware, especially with IC referals and promises to pay. This surgery was in March and the t just came to us in collections in October!
It appears everyone agrees on the service and professionalism of this place, so enough said!
If you don't want to get your results until weeks later because they aren't being sent to your doctor, If you want inaccurate dates on your reports so that you have the wrong info in your records, if you like poor customer service, if you want your specimen to be LOST: these are your guys. If I could rate a zero I would do so.
