They use IC referrals. We had an authorization number and IC failed them not us. They sent my husband to collections over $36 for a bill we aren’t responsible for and had no control over. The bill has been paid by us to not have a ding on our credit. Beware, especially with IC referals and promises to pay. This surgery was in March and the t just came to us in collections in October!
