Been trying to resolve a billing issue for 10 months. We’ve had several phone conversations asking for investigation and they always promise a call back within 48 hours. They NEVER call back. They submitted a service to insurance and we paid bill based on EOB. Then they billed us an extra $156 with no explanation and no submission to insurance. They now have a collections agency involved. Received a bill in October for a test I had done in July for over $500.. when I thought I had paid everything to the doctor because no other claims were sent to my insurance on the procedure date. I know it was submitted to my insurance way too late because I checked my claims constantly due to other issues and was surprised to see the claim pop up on my app when I got the bill in the mail.

Same issue as all the other reviews. Those scammers are sending your account to collections without ever producing an invoice or billing the insurance!

Sent me to collections but I have not seen a bill for services. My insurance has not seen a bill. I called to request the bill be submitted to my insurance and was told that would happen immediately. That was over 2 months ago. Received a second collection notice. Called them again only to be told that insurance declined to pay. I asked them to mail me an itemized bill in addition to trying to resubmit. I have still not gotten an itemized bill. I called the insurance company and they still have not received the claim. Patient services sucks. I had to call many times to get them to run my current insurance. Each call was infuriating and took forever with multiple hang ups. Trust the other reviews
