This is not a valid bill and I've never been a patient.. My medical insurance doesn't have a clue either. Nothing was billed to them. What is this business? A scam.
“Modifier is missing, invalid, or incorrect for the procedure billed”. Does this look familiar? Insurance company will not pay and provider will not update modifier. This has happened twice with this company. How do we know as patients who the hospitals negotiates contracts with for pathology? We don’t!!! This is a SCAM. Do not pay anything to them. Red flags all over the bill they send you. Please call your hospital to confirm this. They will clarify everything for you.
