Pathology Associates-Lexington uses a third party, foreign speaking billing service that is incompetent. The billing company made a collection call to me a week after my check had already cleared the bank. I called the office to let them know what happened and they sent me to the voicemail of Ted Mitchell and he never returned my call. This is a very unprofessional business.
THE WORST! I have been dealing with this third party billing company since March to get my insurance right and bill the claim. Everytime I call, I get the same thing and nothing is done! Call the main office and get thrown in Tim Mitchell's voicemail and never receive a call back regarding this third party billing company not doing their job right. I'm not paying the bill. We can go round and round until they submit the claim to the correct insurance company!
these people will try to get you to pay without going through your insurance and try to get you to pay while you are in office and it does not matter how many times you complain they still try, have been going through this with them for years now when they sent the specimen to labs they did not send lab our INSURANCE info, POOR customer service of these young ladies and they really don't care
Uses a terrible third party billing service without a working website or phone number. Never had so much trouble just trying to pay a bill. Stay away if possible just for your sanity.
Most difficult payment website I have ever tried to navigate. For the first time in 10 years I guess I will mail payment in 😩😩
