Sent me to collections after surgery. I had no idea what procedure was done and it was never discussed. I informed the collection agency I'd be happy to pay, if they could explain what I was being charged for. They couldn't provide any information. Very unethical practices of collections. I will be filing a complaint.
This company sent me a final notice for $16.50 threatening to turn it over to collections. I never received the first notice to be threatened with a small bill plus they never answer their phones.
Unethical company. Double billing for same procedure with 2 different LLC’s at same location. Reporting to medical board.
