Just received a bill from their recovery service from 2015 also. No billing to date. Called and inquired and told my mail carrier lost it....really. They tried to make me seem stupid and really just irritated me beyond belief. No bill submitted to secondary insurance. The girl said the lab work was processed in Torrance...what a joke. They do not know what they are talking about. What a mess!

Like the others we just received lab bills for 2015, and also these were never billed to our insurance, just sent straight to a collection agency. Now Pathology is out of business thus the phone number on this FB page is no good. Dunno "who" this collection agency is collecting for,etc.
I was told by my doctor that my health insurance would cover my bill. In fact, I provided 2 forms of health insurance (primary + secondary). Almost 2 years go by with no bills. Then out of nowhere I get a bill from collections telling me I owe money! You guys failed to bill the insurance company AND on top of it all you failed to send me any bill. How am I supposed to take care of a bill when you fail to send it? This needs to be illegal. A bill needs to be sent prior to collections. It's September 2017 now.
ZERO STARS - This lab is a JOKE! First of all their customer service center does not try to help patients at all. Seems like they don't have a file with patients information because every single time I had an exam done during my pregnancy, they billed me and I had to contact them and give them my sponsor's ssn #. My last bill, which was from an exam done by my doctor, was supposed to be covered by my insurance but because the lab sent them the wrong information, the insurance couldn't process the payment. Never got a bill from them. Got a letter from a collection agency for a $23 bill that they say I never paid. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO PAY THE BILL IF YOU NEVER SEND ME ONE!??!?!?!?!??!?!? Turns out I'm not the only one. So many women have reported the same issue. I'm filing a complaint with the federal government for predatory practices and violation of consumer rights. YOU SHOULD TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
