Horrible customer service. Please don't have an issue with the billing. It will take FOREVER get reach someone and to get it straight. this company needs to invest in good customer service. It will take them a long way!
I usually dont give places a review but it took about 45 minutes just to get blood drawn. They need more help to move things along faster.
They mess up every single bill. It takes 3-4 phone calls to get it fixed. Each time they admit it's their mistake, but it keeps happening.
