I love Tri-state lab, quick, easy in and out.
Always a good experience. Staff is always cordial. Never have had a problem...Great service; comfortable waiting area.
They say they are open on Saturdays but it is not staffed. I've been here for over an hour and I'm still waiting and a phlebotomist still hasn't showed.
I had a really good experience at this lab. I had been going to a local hospital to have blood drawn for a few years and when they made a mistake two times in a row, I decided to look for other options. The gal who greeted me was very nice and informative, she cheerfully answered my questions. I waited for a couple minutes until my name was called and the gal who drew my blood was very nice and efficient. I will definitely be returning.
