If you get a bill from them, do not pay it. They will give you the run around forever and never supply any supporting documentation. They have my name associated with another address and this appears to be someone else's bill.
Same as everybody else. Billing is a scam.
Absolute trash billing system. Never get a response back from anyone via email. Which, I don’t even think anyone check it. I ain’t paying anything till they sort it out.
Have been dealing with billing problem for a year. Repeated calls to provide correct insurance information have not changed anything! Continue to get the same, incorrect bills with incorrect insurance claims.
How in the world are you suppose to pay your bill when their online bill pay website is “not found”?! And also, when calling their number listed on the invoice some guy answered with just a hello? When I asked if this was PBM labs, he said, “oh yeah, how can I help you?” with a screaming toddler in the back ….not going to give my credit card info to someone who didn’t even answer the phone with the company’s name…seems super sketchy
