John Stokes is the most professional plumber I have worked with. I was in the textile industry 50 years and oversaw all sorts of plumbing installs for PVA, steam, chilled water, etc. Never saw anyone better than John. It's nice to point him to the issue and let him fix it properly with no fear of him taking shortcuts. That being said, I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the owie at bill time.
