How do you not send out statements in the mail with out a request to do so? Do you just think that people will blindly pay a bill 7 months after the date of service? Why do you robocall when a bill is due in a world full of scammers? Why do I have to sit on hold for hours before speaking with someone?
Did not give bill. Just text but did not state who it was from. Then stated going to collections. Have tried to call 3 times. Each time on hold for over a hour. Still can not contact them!!
I have been waiting to receive a bill to give to my insurance. its been 1 month!!! since I called to get a paper bill and have never gotten one.
Never contacted me about bill. Just sent me to a collection agency
