Pathgroup did the pathology and billing for some spots I had removed from my dermatologist. They sent me a bill in December 2023 telling me I owed them $285. They offered me a payment plan with automatic payments and I signed up for a 6 payment plan. During the month of the 3rd payment (Feb 2024) I received a letter stating it was the final notice before collections. From the first phone call I made, Amanda was incredibly helpful and kind! She did my draw my first time and was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. My second time I went in, Sea did my draw. She was also incredibly kind and also amazing at her job. For someone who isn’t a fan of needles, both these ladies made my experience easy going, quick and just great all around!
I’ve been to Path Group several times and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and have always made me feel comfortable!
They are a rip off! They claimed they submitted the lab work through my BCBS insurance & sent me a full bill; I will never go back nor use the Life Spring Woman’s Health care clinic next door if this is how they are going to do labs w/ their clinic.
I come here every few months for bloodwork and never have any issues. I absolutely adore the staff! Thanks for everything! :)
