They have labs drawn quickly and accurately. All phlebotomists are professional, personable, and kind. Labs are consistently back in a timely manner- quicker than any other labs in the area. The company provides good communication and keeps client up to date on changes. I've worked with most of the major labs in the area and path group has been a joy to work with.
Pathgroup did the pathology and billing for some spots I had removed from my dermatologist. They sent me a bill in December 2023 telling me I owed them $285. They offered me a payment plan with automatic payments and I signed up for a 6 payment plan. During the month of the 3rd payment (Feb 2024) I received a letter stating it was the final notice before collections. From the first phone call I made, Amanda was incredibly helpful and kind! She did my draw my first time and was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. My second time I went in, Sea did my draw. She was also incredibly kind and also amazing at her job. For someone who isn’t a fan of needles, both these ladies made my experience easy going, quick and just great all around!
I’ve been to Path Group several times and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and have always made me feel comfortable!
