The two one star reviews I honestly don't understand. I had a delay with responses from the landlord, but most of the time got a response back in 1-2 days. Any person that looks at the ONLY two main roads in Midland should notice the traffic and noise. They must eat paste or something. I don't know. Everything was fine for me starting. As a local business, we rent five apartments from Pathfinder Commons. The apartments are beautiful and, unlike the other two reviewers, I have never experienced and issue with response time to maintenance requests. When I call about a maintenance concern, I get a response within an hour or two. I cannot speak to the noise level because I do not personally live there however, from my experience, I would highly recommend Pathfinder Commons.
There is more noise on the streets this is located than what you would experience in the downtown area of a major city. Night construction on the road 5 feet away from the bedrooms with less than a day notice, landlord would enter the premises without notifying the tenants, and would take 10-13 days to respond to maintenance requests. This is the most mismanaged property I have ever inhabited.
I called a week ago to inquire about apartment availability for summer 2019, they took a message and said they would call back within 24 hours. Never received a call. I called back to follow up and they retook my message and "guaranteed" a call back within 24 hours. Still no follow up. I called back for a third time this week, when they offered to take a message again I complained and asked to speak to a manager, they said they can only take messages.
