Pathfinder's Kathleen is top-notch in providing care guidance and support. Marlene is very helpful in her support.
The care here seems knowledgeable and kind. However, after telling my family that they had concerns about my brother's level of acuity, they proceeded to completely ignore us at a time when we really need the support. Nor did they offer up any other recommendations for agencies that could give the support we need.
