I’ve been fortunate to work with Jim this year. In 10 sessions my range of motion for my shoulder impingement has healed completely and my strength and flexibility is restored. A testament to that is my lowest ever score (81) last Friday playing golf. He’s great at dealing with specific issues and then expanding to target other areas. I highly recommend his services. 10/10 would recommend. Jim is incredibly knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He always took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them right away. The exercises he taught and prescribed targeted the root cause of the issues I was experiencing and he was always encouraging to get me feeling ready to resume the physical activities that I love doing.
I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Jim (Path to Performance) — an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable physical therapist. When I began working with Jim, I was experiencing debilitating shoulder pain, and over the course of a few months, he helped me heal and regain my strength while providing me with the tools/exercises to keep going.
