Real changes
As a provider I have had an excellent experience referring patients to Rogue Valley TMS. Using TMS as an adjunct treatment for my patients has been a game changer. They are seeing real, measurable results, and they all speak highly of the staff. Dr. Brown and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, taking care and consideration with each patient. Highly recommended!
Treatment was somewhat beneficial at the time and staff were all very pleasant to deal with. However, I’m suddenly dealing with an unpaid balance that has gone to collections!?! We have a very high credit score and I’m hoping this fiasco will be quickly resolved. I was told that I was paid up at the end of treatment plus I had been paying co-pays at each visit. Now I’m being told there are co-pays due and a visit that was not covered by insurance. I don’t understand why someone from Pathways or their billing department did n... read more

This place is a mess. Unethical billing practices. Provider stopped taking my insurance without warning shortly after initiating a treatment plan, left me hanging. The billing department does not communicate via phone, email, or mailed correspondence, so if the app they use has a bug, stops working, or you don't check it often (or, in my case, stop checking it after *18 months of terminating services*) you will be penalized with threats of going to collections.
