Getting treatment here was, and continues to be one of the best decisions I ever made for my mental health. The technicians are skilled, kind, and Dr. Brown is attentive and one of the best healthcare providers I have had. and P.S. they take OHP! (at least JCC in my experience)
Real changes
As a provider I have had an excellent experience referring patients to Rogue Valley TMS. Using TMS as an adjunct treatment for my patients has been a game changer. They are seeing real, measurable results, and they all speak highly of the staff. Dr. Brown and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, taking care and consideration with each patient. Highly recommended!
Treatment was somewhat beneficial at the time and staff were all very pleasant to deal with. However, I’m suddenly dealing with an unpaid balance that has gone to collections!?! We have a very high credit score and I’m hoping this fiasco will be quickly resolved. I was told that I was paid up at the end of treatment plus I had been paying co-pays at each visit. Now I’m being told there are co-pays due and a visit that was not covered by insurance. I don’t understand why someone from Pathways or their billing department did n... read more
