I just completed a six month program with Beth and Jessica. The experience was life changing. I feel better than I've felt in years. Jessica & Beth are compassionate, realistic, informed and super helpful. Working with them to test and manage my food intolerances helped lower my overall inflammation and improve my IBS symptoms more quickly and effectively than many other modalities. They are responsive, full of humor and positivity, and provide just enough hand-holding to help you through.
After over 15 years of diagnoses with no treatment, umpteen doctors who didn't care enough to do their research and go out of the box, I have finally found something that gives me hope.
