⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience today! I was extremely nervous about getting my MRI, but Alex, the MRI technologist, was absolutely amazing. He was patient, kind, and reassuring, taking the time to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. His calm demeanor truly helped ease my anxiety, and before I knew it, the scan was over. The office was spotless, clean, and very welcoming. Tori was great—very professional and sweet. Karen was also friendly and helpful. Overall, they made the experience much better and were the highlight of my visit.
Tori at the front were great—professional, friendly, and actually helpful. Unfortunately, the male technician was the complete opposite. He talks way too much about irrelevant things instead of focusing on his job, and when asked simple questions, he makes slick, unnecessary remarks. You can tell this behavior has been going on for years, which makes the experience frustrating and unprofessional.
Patricia Torria, Karen and the manager Beatriz made the experience amazing , I fell safe and very well taken care..professional and human staff thank you ladies :)
