Path Law Group was recommended by a friend to obtain an E-2 visa for the USA. The explicit agreement was that Path Law would refund 1/2 of their fee if an E-2 visa was not obtained. My circumstances changed and my desire for a visa was abandoned. Paw Law did nothing - zero work towards a visa. They did not return and of the fees they insisted that I pay upfront - even though the agreement was that they would return 1/2 of the $8,000 upfront fee.
