Avoid this lab! Took my elderly mother here to get important blood work but the employees couldn't figure out how to retrieve orders sent in by her doctor's office so we went there for nothing. Also office is old and doesn't seem very clean.
I walked in with no appointment and was seen right away. I got my labs done and was on my way in minutes. They have very friendly efficient staff here. It was a simple process!
Our family doctor must have a contract with this place. I'd prefer anywhere else. The staff at this location are fine, they're good at what they do, and I have no issue with them. The corporation has no business QA system. I've become loath to have work done here because I'm certain there will be a failure in their billing practices that will result in undue stress for me.
